Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final on shipped merchandise. We do not offer refunds on any shipped items.

However, exchanges may be made under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense.

  • Exchanges are only available for a different size or item of equal value, based on availability.

  • Please email us at info@thefillinstationbft.com prior to shipping to confirm exchange eligibility.

In-person returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt. The item must be unworn and in original condition. Returns must be made directly to:
